Havets Hus in Lysekil AB is a municipal company owned by Lysekil Stadshus AB, which in turn is owned by Lysekil Municipality.
Havets Hus was founded in 1993 and is now one of Bohuslän's most popular tourist destinations. The aquarium is a tribute to the rich marine life of the western sea. Here, light-hearted experiences for the whole family coexist with serious challenges for the future. Every year, nearly 80,000 visitors get acquainted with hundreds of fascinating species – from the spiny dogfish to the dead man's hand.

Havets Hus aims to create engagement for life in a healthy sea. Through knowledge of all the ocean's ecosystems and their utilization, Havets Hus will convey a fascination for and understanding of the importance of marine ecosystem services and their conservation.
Description
We now need to strengthen our workgroup, especially in guest services but also in other departments within the organization.
Therefore, we are looking for someone who is flexible, enjoys varied tasks, and may want to complement other work and/or studies with extra hours with us.
Are you used to standing on your own two feet and have an easy time learning new tasks? Do you have a natural talent for delivering service and a genuine interest in helping people? Do you have a high level of engagement with a positive attitude? Are you a problem solver and take on challenges when they arise? Great, then this could be the job for you!
Responsibilities
You will have varied tasks throughout the organization with a focus on the reception and shop. In addition to customer service, administrative tasks and light cleaning are included. Working hours are weekdays and weekends during the day. With a lower working degree during the low season and more during June-August.
You will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome, both during visits and via email and phone contact. You will ensure that cash register transactions are correct, have an interest in deepening your knowledge of the cash register system, and will contact support if problems arise. You have a pronounced sense of service, are organized, and meticulous.
Qualifications
You need to have arranged accommodation in Lysekil and be prepared to be offered shifts at short notice.
Minimum age 18 years.
You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
You have good knowledge of the Office suite and an interest in learning new systems and programs.
Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
Conditions
A certificate from the Criminal Records Register is required before employment can occur.
You can start working immediately.
